The School of Pharmacy actively implements the "Talents Strengthening the School" strategy, closely focusing on the spirit of the first party congress of the university (school). Through the approach of "going out to invite in," it actively recruits high-level talents from various disciplines. Leveraging the top-notch research platform of the university, high-level talent development platforms, and international forums for young scholars organized by the university (school), efforts are made to attract talent and intelligence. The school actively conducts campus recruitment at domestic first-class universities, proactively contacts experts in disciplinary fields, and makes concerted efforts to attract more high-level talents to work at the school.
Since the integration and establishment of our school, the School of Pharmacy has introduced 1 leading talent, 5 top talents, including 1 who has been approved as a Taishan Scholar Young Expert, 24 key talents, and 3 flexibly introduced leading talents. In 2023, 1 person was selected for the China Association for Science and Technology's Youth Talent Support Project, 1 person received the Provincial Outstanding Youth Award, 1 person was appointed as a specially invited Taishan Scholar expert, 6 people were designated as Taishan Scholar Young Experts, 2 people were part of the Provincial "Youth Innovation Team," and 2 individuals were overseas talents.
The School of Pharmacy will continue to focus on building a first-class university with an emphasis on applied research, adhering to precise talent introduction, targeted talent cultivation, integrating talent introduction and cultivation, and overall promotion.
